Introducing the Challenger street sweeper
This unit is a recent addition to the sweeper market, but with a design that's based on 15 years of mechanical education and sweeping experience. It has been designed and constructed to brave the challenges posed by Canadian winter conditions.
Challenger uses traditional, proven designs in combination with the newest technology to create a mechanical sweeper with excellent sweeping performance.
Installed on a low, tilt cab chassis with 19,500 lb GVWR, it is comparable to sweepers installed on a chassis with 33,000 lb GVWR. This with much lower up-front investment and operating costs.

Front Challenger
Compact size of the unit and 12” convex mirrors result in excellent visibility of the gutter broom position.
Optional camera and monitor system substantially increases the sweeper’s operational safety. |
Mid Challenger
32 GPM at 3000 PSI piston
Side brooms are a free floating trailing type with four solid arms. |
Rear Challenger
Variable height, 4.15 cubic Rubber flights with variable hydraulic speed adjustment.
No trailing even after thousand of hours of use.
Down pressure for side brooms is hydraulically adjustable from inside the cab. |
